Tickets for all players are free and guest prices are $30.00 per ticket. Siblings under 10 will cost $20. Players are welcome to bring dates or come alone.
Complete the order form and return it with payment to your team manager or Louise Master by April 6, 2012.
IF YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT ATTEND, please let Louise know by email.
The dress code is semi-formal, with ladies in dresses and gentlemen in dress attire (can be suit or dress pants with dress shirt and tie). Players and dates are welcome to bring clothes to change into after dinner is finished if they wish to wear something more casual to golf in.
Dinner will be from 5:00-6:30 PM and then we will have numerous golf bays open for use from 6:30-8:30 PM. Please read the information carefully on the form to sign up for a golf bay.
