Mark your calendars for April 10th, 2010... that is the date of
the 3rd Annual Golf Tournament. More details will be
posted in the coming months. Please contact Curtis O'Dell,
LonghornCurt@tx.rr.com,
with any questions or for volunteer opportunities.
Please see the below information from Curtis O'Dell who is leading the charge for our annual Golf Tourney.
#1) This is our only
fundraising event that we do. We
need volunteers from all teams.
If you haven't
participated in some way- NOW is
the time. This is a fun
event and the parents who chip
in time and or support have
always had fun
#2) This is what helps keeps our
organizational dues down for
those coming up in the
organization. PLEASE get
involved in your own way. We
have had success each year, but
it was due to the hard work and
involvement of many people. Get
the word out to friends, familes
and those that are involved in
the local community that like
Golf or want to be a part of
supporting their local HS.

Just for clarity:
1. I need 10 volunteers for the game day activities and logistics to volunteer today and send me their reply at LonghornCurt@tx.rr.com. 2. I need everyone to please complete, as soon as possible, any potential sponsor visits to firm up our sponsors by next Monday 3/1, and let me know of any outcomes at LonghornCurt@tx.rr.com. 3. I need everyone to please nail down any golfers we can by next Monday 3/1. If you have talked to Rick Daniels or me before, we know of you and you are already on the list. It’s any golfers we are not aware of and any we can get by next Monday 3/1 we need to focus on. Again if you can send me a email at LonghornCurt@tx.rr.com. 4.
