Our first MANDATORY meeting is Wednesday, September 3^rd at 7pm in the Lowery cafeteria.  We ask that the player and at least one parent be present at this meeting.  The following 14 items must be filled out completely and brought to the September 3^rd meeting.  In addition, there are several items that must be obtained prior to the meeting and must be initiated immediately (drug test and physical). 

You MUST download items 001 - 012, print out each of these documents, read them carefully, and have them filled out and bring them with you on September 3^rd.  Contract Offer Packets are distributed by electronic distribution from this website only. No hard copies of this offer packet will be available at tryouts or the meeting on September 3rd.

All Contract Offer Packets must be returned the evening of the Player/Parent meeting on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 or your spot on the team will not be guaranteed.
